Interview Process

Meeting you is always an exciting moment for us, and we would like to make sure you feel comfortable when interviewing with us. The steps below outline what you can expect:

  • Step 0

    An online test takes about 45 minutes to one hour to determine the essential knowledge for the position

  • Step 1

    30 min informal conversation to get to know each other.

  • Step 2

    A 1-hour conversation to dive deeper into your technical skills and explore your fit with the StuntCoders culture.

  • Step 3

    A 1-hour coding challenge or assessment where you get the chance to work alongside some of your potential teammates.

  • Step 4

    During an interview with our psychologist, you'll be given am IQ and personality tests that bring a deeper understanding of an individual. Grasping not only how you behave but also how you think. The hiring manager will meet with the candidate to verify the report, getting an in-depth look at the candidate's behaviour in the workplace.

    We like for our teammates to get together in and outside the office, and we want to welcome people who will be a great fit.

  • Step 5

    The hiring manager will (with your permission) contact your previous employers and check references and impressions of your last employer (or professors, in case you are a student).

    We aim to employ, guide and advance exceptionally talented, hard-working and dedicated individuals.

  • Step 6

    A final conversation during which we tackle any remaining questions on both sides, after which we send you an offer.

We do every interview in pairs and with different assessors because we would like you to meet more team members. It also gives us a chance to eliminate biases.
